I wrote this because I got tired of switching back and forth between a tip program and a calculator to total up each person's share (very rarely do I just "split it"). Tipsy lets you enter each person's amounts one item at a time.
Also, I live and work in areas with different tax rates, and so switching the rates all the time bugged me. Tipsy will save up to 32 taxes and tips (each) and switch between them.
This is my first PalmPilot program, developed in using the GCC tools, on IRIX. Source code is available here.
