Smaato Cost version 2.1 installs two software packages on your device:
Smaato Cost and SOMA(tm)-Launcher.
SOMA(tm)-Launcher is the mobile advertising utility that delivers and syncs the sponsored messages within the Smaato Cost application.
SOMA(tm) needs to be synchronized once a week. This can be done OTA (over the air), or using the SOMA(tm) HotSync-Conduit. If you wish to use the HotSync-Conduit you need download and install the SOMA(tm)-Launcher EXE installer separately.
