(Edit)TCPMP is by far the best performing video player for the Palm platform. Divx encoded files can be played back fluently, even on a slower Tungsten T/E or Zire 71.
TCPMP stands for The Core Pocket Media Player. Even though it plays back full-size video's, it's better to convert the video to a smaller resolution and/or framerate.
