(Edit)By far the most customizable alarm application, yet only 18 kB large. Very similar to the Unix cron application.
At scheduled intervals it can produce a sound / turn the display on / start an application / invert the backlight / display a text message / change the sound volume.
After installation it will appear under Prefs, not in the launcher.
